Terms and conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and participation in tours organized by Odusia Riviera, a brand of Odusia Viaggi.
1. Booking and payment
- Standard Tours: full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Custom Tours: a 30% deposit is required to confirm the itinerary. The balance is due 15 days before the tour date.
- For bookings made less than 15 days before the tour: full payment is required upon confirmation.
- Payment methods: credit card or bank transfer.
2. Cancellation policy
- Up to 15 days before the tour date: full refund.
- Between 14 days and 72 hours before the tour date: 50% refund.
- Less than 72 hours before the tour date: no refund.
- No-shows or late arrivals that prevent participation in the tour are non-refundable.
In case of adverse weather conditions or serious unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to offer a full refund or an alternative date.
Custom tours: non-refundable third-party costs (e.g., pre-booked transport or activities) may be deducted from the refund.
3. Weather conditions
Our tours take place rain or shine. However, in the case of weather conditions that could compromise safety, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the tour.
If the tour is canceled due to weather, clients will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
For ferry-based tours: if ferry service is unavailable due to weather or seasonal schedules, alternative transportation by car or bus will be provided.
4. Liability and insurance
Odusia Viaggi holds a liability insurance policy as required by Italian law.
Passengers traveling by car, van, or boat are covered by the vehicle operator’s insurance, in accordance with national regulations.
All tours are entrusted to qualified professionals operating in compliance with Italian law, including licensed tourist guides, tour leaders, nature guides, and professional drivers.
While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Odusia Viaggi cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss of belongings, or other incidents that may occur during the tour beyond the limits of our insurance coverage.
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase personal travel insurance to cover medical expenses, cancellations, or loss of personal items.
5. Special requests
If you have any specific needs (such as allergies, dietary restrictions, or mobility issues), please inform us at the time of booking.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, although we cannot guarantee every request can be fulfilled.
6. Itinerary adjustments
The itinerary and the order of visits may be adjusted or reversed for logistical or organizational reasons.
The full content and overall experience of the original program will always be maintained.
Clients are responsible for arriving at the agreed meeting point at the scheduled time. If you are running late, please contact us or your guide as soon as possible.
7. Photo and video usage
During the tour, our guides may take photos or short videos to document and promote the experience. These images may be published on our website or social media channels. If you prefer not to appear in any media content, please let us know before or during the tour.
